Our pricing varies based on several factors, including menu complexity, guest count, location, staffing needs, and any rentals that may be required. Once we gather the details of your event, we’ll provide a tailored estimate and a price range that aligns with your vision and budget.
We provide personalized proposals and estimates for both full-service and drop-off catering. All proposals include an itemized list of estimated charges requested for the complete proposal. Estimates include per-person price, rental additions (that we coordinate on your behalf), labor charges for service staff, and sales tax. When planning your event, our team will discuss your budget and event scope with you, working together to align with your vision.
Our minimums depend on the type of service. Exact minimums vary by date, location, and service style. Please contact us to discuss the details for a quote.
We can absolutely coordinate rentals for your event, including plates, glassware, linens, tables, chairs, and more. We work with trusted rental partners to facilitate the logistics on your behalf.
For drop-off catering, we offer sustainable packaging and disposables by request for an additional fee.
With advance notice, we can coordinate an experience for almost any party size up to 150 people, keeping in mind the scope and vision of the event. That being said, our sweet spot for catering is usually between 25 and 75 guests. Planning a more grandiose affair with over 150 guests? Please feel free to reach out, and we’ll advise if we’re the best fit.
Absolutely! We’ll go over any dietary needs during the booking process and adjust your menu accordingly. We are happy to make modifications wherever possible.
While we primarily serve the San Francisco Bay Area, we often travel outside of the direct region. Regular stops include Napa, Sonoma, Silicon Valley, and Lake Tahoe. If you’re outside of Northern California, please feel free to contact us to discuss custom options.
